New Update: Rings, Appearing Blood and a dead score counter

Just updated the game with a few new features (some unfinished). When you load in you'll notice the new features right away; there's no blood and there's a poorly designed ring! The blood will appear when you press left arrow/A or right arrow/D, and when you fly your blood into the ring it will disappear and a new one will spawn! 

You may also notice the aforementioned broken score counter, which is as of now two 'e's at the top of your screen. It was supposed to count up every time you flew your blood into a ring, but I didn't quite finish it before I had to get off my computer, so it will be fixed later today.
